Abstract: 

Today, power systems are operated close to their stability limits for economic reasons. On the other hand, with the occurrence of outage, the stability of the system has a problem that there are various solutions to compensate. The last and safest way to control and maintain system stability is Load shedding. In this paper, under voltage Load shedding is presented considering voltage dependent feeders Load and also using the improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm (IDPSO). Since the Load model is particular importance in the real Load analysis, the decisions will be applied by considering voltage dependent Load modeling. To ensure proper operation, the proposed method has been implemented using MATLAB software on the IEEE 30-bus test system by considering related constraints. For this purpose, two critical Loads for the test system are considered and the results are examined. The results show that the proposed method provides the best location and amount of Load shedding and indicates its effectiveness.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: It is believed that a period of healing, approximately 3-4 months for mandible and 4-6 months for maxilla, are required to ensure osseointegration. Recently, a new method called Immediate Loading of implants have been proposed. This method provides improved stability of the implant by the immediate support of an iterim prosthesis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the success rate of the Immediate Loading single OPILS dental implants.Materials and Methods: Thirty-nine patients, including 26 females and 13 males, at the minimum age of 18 and maximum age of 54 years old, received 48 OPILS dental implants. In this prospective study, all samples were non-smoking, without any systemic disease or psychological problem. In all cases, and acrylic prefabricated crown was placed immediately after implant surgery. The definitive metal-ceramic crown was placed 2.5 months later in mandible and 5.5 months later in maxillae. Lack of pain, pus, implant immobility and less than 1mm bone loss were criteria of success.Results: The oral hygiene of females were better than males, 26 women had plaque index (0) and 11 of them had plaque index (1) where as out of 13 male subjects, 4 had plaque index (0), 6 had plaque index (2) and (3) had plaque index (3). The mean vertical bone loss, on mesial and distal parts, were less than 1mm, with the min. of 0 and max. of 0.4mm and the average of 0.2mm. All implants pass the defined criteria of success.Conclusion: On the basis of this short-term study, in single tooth cases, OPILS implants of Neo-Dent system can be Loaded immediately.

Abstract: 

One of the obvious reasons for most disorders in network service provisioning is network path congestion. Congestion avoidance in today's networks is too costly and sometimes impossible. With the introduction of SDN, centralizing the equipment's control plane has become possible. This paper presents an enhanced method named ESV-DBRA to avoid congestion in multi-tenant SDN networks. At first, ESV-DBRA monitors the traffic Load and delay of all network paths for each tenant individually. Then, by merging the parameters obtained from the monitoring, the Service Level Agreements (SLA), and a novel proposed cost function, it calculates the cost of the network paths per tenant. As a result, traffic for each tenant is routed through the path/paths at the lowest possible cost from the tenant's perspective. Next, the bandwidth quotas will be calculated and assigned to the tenants over their optimal routes. Afterward, whenever congestion is likely to occur in a path, ESV-DBRA automatically changes the route or bandwidth of the tenants' traffic related to this path to avoid congestion. Related algorithms are also proposed.Eventually, simulations show that the proposed method effectively increases bandwidth utilization by 10.76%.

Abstract: 

Sometimes people have Priority to others due to having the right of Priority In conducting a legal action or demanding the fulfilment of right of a certain property. Sometimes the legislator has considered it for some reason for some persons in a particular position. The right of Priority is protected by the legislator, and sometimes it is explicitly forbidden to opposing contract with it. However, the guarantee of this ban, there are disagreements between jurists and lawyers in the cases stated. Some believe conclusion of opposing contract with Priority is void,in contrast, some are considered valid, in the end, others they have chosen the middle solution and they believe that the deal is not affected. In the examples of Priority, the overall conclusion is that opposing contract with Priority is un enforceability to third party,Because these transactions have all the components of the contract, except that there is a barrier to their influence, and that obstacle is the right of Priority of the beneficiary, which, in the event of the subsequent payment of his rights, automatic be valid. Accepting this guarantee solution will not only supply the rights of the rightful owner butalso the rights of the parties.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of generative learning teaching based to pattern cognitive Load on the memorization math of 7th grade students of in the academic year of 2021- 2022. The research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with four groups: two control group and two experimental groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 7th grade male and female students of District 2 of Mashhad city that 112 person sample was selected by single stage cluster sampling method. The subjects in the experimental group involved in generative learning based to cognitive Load in 16 sessions and the control group did not receive any interventions. The research instrument consisted of a 20-questions researcher-made test. To analyze the obtained data, Multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS version 24 software were used. The results showed that generative learning teaching based to approach cognitive Load have a positive and significant effect on 7th grade students' memorization math. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that one of the effective training on math memorization students is the use of generative learning on the based Load cognitive pattern.

Abstract: 

In this paper، a Load restoration framework is proposed in distribution network، which includes distributed generations and energy storage resources. In this framework، dynamic programming method (DP) has been used as a tool to optimize the distribution system restoration problem. The time and sequence of the feeders (Loads) of the distribution network are considered as the optimal steps and the optimal answer to the problem of optimization of the dynamic programming method after the global outage has occurred. The proposed method considers the Priority of network Loads according to its importance in Load restoration problem. At the end، the proposed method is implemented in a real network and its efficient and practical inference is derived from the results.

Abstract: 

Background and aim: Results of Implant therapy have always been evaluated on the basis of radiographic and clinical assessments such as percussion, focused only on determination of peri-implant bone resorption and implant failures. These measurements are qualitative only and could not be considered as quantitative and reliable scales for the evaluation of stability; So they could not be statistically analysed. These difficulties could be overcome by using Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA).RFA could be considered as a proper comparable measurement in evaluation of implant stability. This study aimed to evaluate and determine the stability of over denture Loaded implants in a number of private clinics during 2006 -2007.Materials and Methods: This cross – sectional study was conducted on 13 patients provided with Swiss plus implant Therapy Loaded by over dentures for the first step, each patient was evaluated regarding Implant Quality health Scale and put into one of five groups. Abutments were then removed and fixtures were evaluated by Osstell Mentor Instrument following the attachment of Smart peg to fixtures, Implant Stability Qoutient was then determined. Sampling was done in a sequential approach and obtained data were statistically analyzed using X2 and t-test.Results: Fourty three implants were evaluated in 13 patients, 21 in maxilla and 22 in mandible the mean I.S.Q.Equaled 70.36 ± 4.43 in maxilla and 79.1 ± 3.51 in mandible. The total mean ISQ (bimaxillary mean ISQ) equaled 84.36 ± 5.94.Conclusion: Regarding the obtained results, Over denture Loaded implants are absolutely successful treatment plans in mandible, according to their higher ISQ compared to maxilla. It is also demonstrated that stability of implants at each step of treatment Procedure is influenced by primary stability during placement more than any other factors. Primary stability itself is mainly influenced by surgeon`s experience in the proper following of surgical protocol.

Abstract: 

Complexity of health technologies and increased demands for health care services concomitant with globalization in health care and finite resources have resulted in shortcomings in health delivery and have raised issues regarding equity. Most people experience some sort of denial, delay, deflection, dilution, deterrent, or selection when need health care services and profit is going to be the prevailing variable. Policy makers struggle to circumvent these problems in different ways, none of which prevail across a broad range of health care system. Evidence indicates Priority setting in health care services inevitably requires explicit criteria. A variety of criteria which have been used in different health care system are discussed, focusing on experiences in community participation and approaches for community appraisal. Adopting experience from health care system, and evaluation adapted to respect national values will strengthen the burgeoning health sector reform in Iran. According to worldwide health care principals it seems crucial to establish a regulatory health council to underpin the evidence based Priority setting process in Iran.

Abstract: 

Background and aims: Prioritizing research fields prevents waste of budgets and increase efficacy of research. Paying attention to health of employees and workers is necessary for promoting health and sustainable development in the country. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the research priorities in the field of occupational health in Iran.Methods: The present study was explorative and qualitative research. In order to determine the research priorities in the field of occupational health the COHRED model was used. Data collection was done by review of the literature, obtaining the views of experts (by interview and Delphi technique) and collecting statistics from relevant officials. Priority setting was done in two stages and based on Delphi technique. In this research out of 70 identified research centers, 22 participated in the study. Descriptive statistics including mean (SD) and frequency (percentage) was used to analysis the data.Results: Results of this study showed that musculoskeletal disorders and injuries had the highest research Priority in Iran. The occupation of workers in mine and industries had the highest research Priority. Also three indicators of equity in service provision, work security and healthy life style had the highest research Priority among the social determinants of health for workers.Conclusion: The research was an attempt to identify research priorities in different areas of occupational health research which can be used as a tool for decision makers in distribution of resources.
